Raw Beauty Lounge

I've been an overall customer of Raw Beauty Lounge for a good 3 years now and Courtey is simply the best! She truly cares about her customers, takes pride in her team's work and the customer service that is provided to her clients. I recently visited her new Gilbert location (very cute btw) and seen Brie who shapped the perfect cat eye look I've ever had! Thank you Raw Beauty Lounge for always taking good care of my lashes 💕

The "manager" i talked to was very rude and when i told them I'll take my business somewhere else they literally told me "that sounds great". Dont accidentally miss an appointment they will charge you 100% of your booking price with absolutely no exception. I have always over tipped the girls here and been a loyal customer but that means nothing to this company. I will never come back or recommend anyone.

I've only ever gotten my lashes done at RBL because Cait is amazing! She not only makes my lashes look fire every time, but she always goes above and beyond too. I have a crazy work schedule, so sometimes I have a hard time booking consistent appointments, but Cait always finds time for my fills! Only one of the many reasons why she's so great. Long story long- if you're going to RBL, pick her.

My first experience here was terrible. I wished I had done more research. I had Taylor and my appointment had a late starting. Red flag #1.
While I was getting my lashes done the tech next to me had two appointments that came and went in the time it took for my lashes to be complete. Taylor kept sighing throughout my appointment as if she was tired or annoyed, which made me uncomfortable to be there. I’ve had lashes done before so when I tried to open my eyes and both eyes were stuck I knew something was wrong. She quickly deflected by saying I was opening my eyes too much and that’s why.

Well... I am not one to write a review but feel like I should warn others about this salon, the hair services in particular. I had a consultation with the hair dresser via Instagram dm because that is what she offered. I am a natural dark brown but am very blonde. I sent her a picture of what I wanted done. (It was a picture of my own hair as to what I received the last time I got my hair done) we agreed to do a full highlight with a root tap and tone. When my foils were done she literally took them out and let the bleach hit my face, it was extremely unprofessional and I was worried. I have gotten

I booked a second apt with Cait! She was awesome. Knew exactly what I wanted!!!. She was absolutely amazing. I love my lashes and love this beautiful, clean salon. Can't wait to go back! It is a little gem in Scottsdale!!! Highly recommend. :).

Some lash techs are better than others. Sandra is great! Scheduling an appointment is convenient. On the other hand, the lashes I had done by Marisa started falling out immediately. They were placed so far away from my lash line that they looked outgrown and sparse after just two weeks. I have chunks falling out at a time because too many lashes are placed on a single real lash. I included a picture because this is just awful… see that little kinked hair? That’s my actual eyelash begging for dear life after having- what- like FORTY fake lashes attached to it? Real lashes can’t support that

Brigitte is probably one of the most talented permanent makeup artists that have ever worked in me and I have had a few these past 5 years. She does not let you leave her salon until it’s perfect. She took color from an old artist that didn’t use the right coloring on me and made a perfect color to my complexion. She takes her time and it’s worth the process I promise

Cait be killing it ! She's been doing my lashes now for About 4 months and she kills it every-time! She is my go to girl! But I've seen a few others as well (when I can't get in with cait) and they are all amazing!!

This owner would much rather take money rather than be cautious of Covid. I let them know I'm not feeling well and getting a Covid test today and she was more concerned about taking my deposit as well as rescheduling the appointment even after I said I'm not sure as I may need to quarantine for 14 days. What a disappointment as a first time customer going to check this place out.

Olivia did an amazing job!! Love my lashes!! Great place in Okd Town Scottsdale so I will be back.

Sandra is a lash goddess! She is very friendly and professional. She educated me about things I could do to improve my natural lashes. I had a big glue clump that she gently fixed with ease. I felt NO pain! We had fun conversation and my lashes look GREAT. Thank you Sandra!!! I will be back.

After my review, Courtney (owner) immediately reached out to me and offered her sincerest apologies. I also appreciate that the stylist from my visit reached out as well. Courtney did not excuse what happened at all and fully understood my frustration with my experience and sought out quickly to make it right and to make it known she wanted to make sure on her end she helped make sure something like that didn't happen to me or another future client.

I truly feel like she takes such amazing pride in her business and I greatly appreciate her customer service and genuine care

This would be due to your male[I think] receptionist. Rude for one very un helpfully. No confirmation.receptionist would not help with directions to the spa at all, said he was sending directions in a text immediately. And then did not do so. No one answered phone. I texted to say I wouldn't be there as I did not get a confirmation, it also said donot charge my card but you charged it anyway. I asked for a refund and he said no. He talked over me the entire time, and questioned as to why I didn't know directions. Also argued that he sent the text. I asked.for a copy and it was just

I've been going to Raw Beauty for three years now and I've been a model multiple times. Joanna is AMAZING, she gave me the lashes I didn't know I needed. If you have the chance to book with her do it! She's so sweet and really takes her time!

I had an appointment with Rosabella and she is such a sweetie. Very accommodating and gave me a great experience. I had a difficult time communicating what I wanted but she was still patient and understanding. I highly recommend her.

Saw Cait last week! My lashes look amazing! I found my new lash artist!! The salon is clean and comfortable too. Perfect!

I had to find a new lash place after my lash girl of 3 years stopped doing lashes. I ran across their page on Instagram and started going to Courtney a year ago now and couldn't be more thankful I found her!! She's not only given my lashes LIFE with the best extensions I've honestly ever had, but she's also one of the sweetest humans ever. I always tell my girlfriends I don't know what I'd do if she ever stopped! The whole team here is also so extremely talented. I'm a super grateful client.
