Completely untrustworthy! DO NOT BOOK, save your time and money. I had an appointment that I confirmed the day before. On the day of my appointment, after showering and taking pain meds to prepare for my appointment- Kelly texted me three minutes before my appointment to cancel while I was already in the parking lot. She didn’t try to reschedule or offer a discount. I understand that life happens but there is no excuse for not giving more notice- even 15-20 minutes more notice would’ve saved me from commuting. Unreliable and unprofessional, will never use again, DO NOT recommend.

Kelly was very nice but unfortunately I hated my end results.
It was a complete waste of time and money on my side. The results weren't volume at all so I have to get a new set somewhere else since there is no way I'm keeping these.
She gave me a discount since I didn't like them, so again, Kelly is great I just wish she told me she didn't do thinner lashes or longer lengths before I got the set.
Her work is fine if you like a natural lash look, just not what I was looking for because I'm not a natural eye person hence why I get lash extensions.

Manager asked technician to cancel my appointment an hour into it due to no child policy but she failed to inform me when explained I would be having my child with me. He was contained in the stroller and happy the whole time. Tech is friendly and would consider checking her service out if she has her own studio but will not give my business to this place. We hiked 40 minutes from Ahwatukee to North Phoenix so I do not appreciate Kelly’s decision to pump me off the bed in the middle of my service and having the tech remove what she already put in, the furthest from a Spa experience. Not professional

They take their time and do a great job. Both Kelly and Devin are experts in what they do and you can rest knowing that with either one of them you are going to leave with great looking lashes. They just moved to a new location that is much more comfortable for clients in the private space. Prices are great. I will be coming back

Highly recommend going to Devon! She's been doing my lashes for couple years now. I've tried other lash artists in Arizona that were closer of a drive to me and was disappointed every time. The drive is worth it to me now because I know I'm good hands with Devon. She takes her time, very kind, and helps shape your eye and customize the style how you like it!

Love this place! Devon is the best, I don't let anyone else touch my lashes. She's professional, quick and is always on point with the quality of her work. My schedule for work and travel is hectic, but Devon always makes time for me and ensures I'm able to get in when needed. The suite is cute and clean with a relaxing vibe.

I love this place! I see Devon and she is so good at doing lashes! I've followed her everywhere she has been since she's been a technician and am always so happy with how my lashes turn out. If I ever have a problem with them, she is always so consultative and makes sure I am caring for them properly - which I'm usually not. I highly recommend her!

Service: Kelley answered all the questions I had about getting lashes. I was very apprehensive at first. I didn't know if they would suit my lifestyle because I'm active and get sweaty frequently throughout the week. I'd heard horror stories about the sweat making them fall out incredibly quickly.
Result: my lashes are now a part of me. I generally don't wear makeup and I like to keep my routine as simple as possible

Within 10 days 95% had fallen off from me rubbing eyes from burning so much. I had a friend who told me she also had an issue with burning and came here. First contact was through Instagram
And I got a response almost immediately very polite and had many photos of work done ! I was scheduled with Jessica she was very nice asked me about the length I previous had if I liked it and if wanted more dramatic volume
