All companies make mistakes but how they deal with those mistakes is the true indicator of their professionalism. As a followup to my last review, once Butch Swank became aware of the issue he contacted me right away. We dealt with the situation, which was in part tied to the Covid-19 pandemic. Being short staffed sometimes things fall through the crack. They responded by providing me with quotes for my insurance requirements and I will probably end up becoming a customer of Goodland and Swank.
