I had the worst experience honestly. The red head at the front desk yelled at me over the hotel phone, hung up on me twice, and was cussing me out when I said that it was completely uncalled for and just rude. And I tried to make a report but I was told nothing will happen to her because her mother is her boss. This shouldn't be okay. She should not be allowed to yell, cuss, and completely lose her temper for no reason at all- other than she was having a bad morning, at any guest. I really hope nobody else has this terrible costumer service experience here because I was in complete shock. Hope

I stayed at the RV park and was very pleased. It's small, not crowded, has good hook-ups and an excellent location, right in town.
RV park bathrooms are excellent - they look to have been redone recently and have actual hot water.
Joanne was very helpful and accommodating on arrival and departure times.
Nice selection of Weed merch in the lobby.

We stayed here for the weekend and couldn't be more pleasantly surprised.
I was concerned about what we might be getting so apparently I booked the Vista Shasta Suite, which is just a larger room with a huge king bed. Very clean and neat.
We are here for a family memorial service and felt thankful.
The restaurant staff is wonderful and food delish!!

My first experience eating at the Hi-Lo Cafe was a lot better than my second time eating there. I used to be a waitress, when I lived back in Trenton, New Jersey, at a Diner called Pat's Diner. The waitresses should be greatful to be getting minimum wage and tips. I made $2.00 an hour plus tips. We only had a bus boy in the morning around 6AM to 8PM, us waitresses would give the bus boys 5-10% of our tips, (6-10 AM, 10-2PM, and 2-10PM) our bakers came in late at night so that the dining area wasn't hot. Only reason why I know that it was hot the second time I ate there was because I sat

Not bad for what it is. We drove from Tacoma to Weed to pick up a camper trailer we bought in Weed, CA. We stayed in the camper at the Hi-Lo that night. Ample room to back in, a grassy area overlooking a running creek (sweet) and quiet neighbors. The bathroom facilities are modern, clean, and spacious. Only one sink in the wash area, but it's clean and functional. There is washer/dryer access as well.
We had breakfast at the cafe in the morning. Get there early on the weekend if you don't want to wait. It was good standard breakfast fare.

Hi Lo Restaurant was closed during our visit. Another restaurant down the street was closed too. RV park was okay. Cute and quaint but the location, next to a gas station, brought some questionable strangers during our stay. I had high hopes for this RV park. I'd give it another try which is why I gave a 3 star rating. Happy traveling.

First time we stayed there in July 2019. The dog and I thought the room was just right. The sheets were good quality cotton, as were the towels. In fact, I thought the linens were some of the best I've ever found at a motel/hotel, including fancy Hiltons. The Cafe makes delicious food. The dog enjoyed exploring the grounds, and it was really nice to have the sounds of the creek to lull you to sleep. Just a great spot.

This is an adorable friendly unique place if you're looking for something affordable around Mount Shasta. Russell and I stopped to see a long- ago friend, Amy Allis, a blue mango musician extraordinaire!. Weed has the Hi-Lo Motel, small RV Park on the crick, and Cafe. Family generational business. We Just checked in. To get some relaxing in before driving again. The guest directory is simply beautifully well organized and readable. Looking forward to my whole oats in the morning!

This was a great place to stop for the night on our road trip from Southern CA to Washington. The rooms are efficient and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was strong and the water was hot. There is a good cafe that is part of the motel with good food and good hours ( 6 am to 10 pm). I would totally stay here again.

Just spent 3 months at the Hi Lo RV park with a 28ft toyhauler. Love it!! The location is within walking distance of just about everything in town. The staff is amazing from Joanne at the front desk to the guys in the maintenance department. Ate at the cafe a few times, loved that I could take our dog and sit at the outdoors tables, thanks Bonnie for the great service.
Thank you everyone at the Hi Lo for an amazing summer. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Clean! Original! Comfortable!
I will say when I booked this room I was a little hesitant BUT my fellow yelpers hit the nail on the head. Yes, it is dated but clean. The furniture is old but not all banged up. The carpet is old skool industrial but looks new. The bed showed no signs of being old, lotta spring in their step. the shower pressure is there, although not an even stream did its job. The towels however were low grade and not to the standards my husband would prefer but I I didn't have a problem with them. Check in was easy and The cafe next door was open late (8pm). Great find for

If you have an RV you must stay here. We needed just one night & this was perfect. This is a good place for RVs that are 33 feet or smaller - as its a little tricky pulling in to here to the back where the RV spots are, especially when there's cars in the parking lot. (*TIP: In the morning we did discover the exit, which is much more spacious to get in and out of.)
The RV spots are spacious and clean. Nice and maintained. There are bathrooms and showers, plus a laundry room for use too, all very clean and well kept.
The best part...the running stream right behind the RV spots is
