Services
Multilingual Psychotherapy Centers serve children, adolescents and adults who are eligible for Medicaid/Medicaid HMOs (Humana, Prestige, Molina, Clear Health Alliance, Freedom Health, Sunshine, Magellan Complete care, CMS/Concordia). We also accept Healthy Kids, Child Net Funded and self-pay clients/patients.

Absolutely awful all around, there is no way to get in touch with the office and after being put on hold twice for 30 minutes a piece I was transferred to voicemail, which they never return.
On top of this the pharmacy which has been trying to get ahold of the doctor cannot because there is no way to contact him due to this joke of an office.
Do not go here if you value your time and/or sanity.
Disgusting how they treat people who are suffering.

My boyfriend has been seeing Dr. Caro for 1 year now and he has improved so much with her help and encouragement. He never would take his medication and would do anything not to take it, but since he meet her and she has been treating him he follows his regimen for his medication and injections. The staff is super friendly and helpful in all aspects from the receptionist to the nurses that take vitals down to the case workers everyone here makes you feel that they care for you and want to help you. My boyfriend hates going to the doctor let alone for his mental illness but finding Multilingual

DO NOT GO HERE I called for an emergency appointment with Dr. Jacob for my son and the two female's at the front desk did not do anything. They lied and said they made an appointment AND NEVER DID. MY SON ALMOST KILLED HIS SELF HAD TO TAKE HIM TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!! DON'T NOT TAKE UR CHILD HERE. I have a lawyer involved...... They do not care about the patients. Just RUDE AS CAN BE! THAT MARIA IS THE RUDEST ONE OUT THE TWO FEMALE'S. I HATE THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO GIVE THIS PLACE STAR PERIOD... I all most lost my child cause of them.

If half a star was possible that's what I would give this place. Setting up an appointment is not possible. If they need more employees to answer phones so customers or possible customers are not placed on hold for more than 11 minutes than they should do that. This place is the absolute worst. They keep putting ppl on hold w/o question. They put ppl on hold w/o seeing what the person wants first. They answer the call to monologue to the caller to please hold. Placed on hold for at least 11 minutes and never answer the phone. This is done repeatedly. They need to find another way to handle calls
