Services
I've spent the past two decades specializing in work with relationships, adolescents, families, couples, parenting, women's and men's issues, communication and other areas that affect our ability to lead our most productive lives. I work with people struggling with daily life issues as well as with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, ADHD and many other mental health diagnoses.
Whether you are in a relationship, single, or dealing with difficult family dynamics, gaining a deeper understanding of your own self is not only the first step, but it is essential for a productive and fulfilling life. For over two decades, I have successfully helped clients recognize a deeper understanding of underlying issues to help them find their true potential.
Fran has grown a reputation as a media personality, known in South Florida and across the country for her insights and analysis into important issues as well as news of the day. She often provides breaking-news commentary on programs such as The Today Show, Fox & Friends and on the local NBC, ABC, and Fox news affiliates in the West Palm Beach market.

The best decision I ever made was choosing Fran as my therapist. She is my mentor, my best friend and so much more. I have been seeing her for almost 15 years and cannot even begin to explain the difficulties that she has helped me with. When you hurt, she hurts, but she always has a way to pull you back up and make you feel better about yourself. She has been my lifeline and is always there for me no matter what. She doesn't sugarcoat and even practices tough love, which is exactly what I need. With so many therapists out there, sometimes it's very hard to find the right one, and I hit the jackpot
