Services
Matt Rosemond is a Principal and the majority owner of Apogee Construction LLC. Mr. Rosemond was awarded a M.S. in Construction Management from Purdue University and a B.S. in Industry and Technology Construction Management from Ball State University. He brings over 30 years of construction experience to Apogee Construction.
Under the Construction Manager as Adviser method, the owner selects the design team and general contractor for the project. Apogee Construction will serve as an adviser to the owner, coordinating, and inspecting during project design and construction. Owners also have the option of utilizing the Apogee Construction staff to fill key roles on the project management team including: the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Controller and Coordinators.
