Bill has been our “go to guy” for any and all home projects, indoors and out for 25+ years. His projects with us have been as small as repairing a hole in drywall to as large as stone walls and fireplaces and construction of a deck. His work is of the highest quality. He is neat, honest and reliable! Of all the contractors I have encountered over the years Bill is the one person who always does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. I give him my highest recommendation!

Bill is the best. He came right when he said he would for the estimate. Started on the work the very next day and was done within 24 hours. We are so pleased with his work we will be using him for so much more. He is also Just the nicest guy. So glad we found him!

I found Bill MacCaughern and BMC Handyman Services through a referral from Ring's End Lumber in Bethel. The sales rep instantly recommended Bill as an experienced handyman that could repair my deck, which needed a new railing post and stair stringer that had rotted away over the years.
I contacted Bill that day and he gave me a very reasonable quote and time that he could make the repairs. A couple of days later my deck was repaired better than new. I was so pleasantly surprised with the whole experience of working with Bill that he has now become my go to guy for all the repairs that I can’t
