We ordered over a dozen parasols on their website for use at a party this past weekend. If you are planning an event with a very specific theme - order early! Unfortunately, our first choice of white/off-white/ivory was entirely sold out - possibly due to the summer wedding season post-lockdown.

Shipping was super fast and arrived the day after we received the tracking information. We did not know that they had a physical store in the east bay, so our package didn't need to travel far! All the parasols were individually wrapped in a paper sheath

Order was incorrect upon recieving. Not to mention I waited > 2 months for the order. Sent email, no response for a week. Tried the chat version, said they would notify them to contact me asap. No response as… of yet. It's been 10 days trying to resolve issues and still no response. 1) overcharged close to $50 on initial order 2) some items canceled by PL and no refund on those items. 3) Two light sets not received and cost >$100 4) Another light ordered had a 15'cord, they sent an 11' cord - no notification or price adjustment. While the star lanterns are pretty they had a very strong smell. When I received my order I saw that they left out one of my lanterns and when I contacted them about it they had no idea and apparently didn't have any of lanterns left that I had originally ordered... I had to choose a less expensive lantern and was not offered a refund of the… remaining balance. My replacement arrived today in a bubble wrap envelope with no reinforcement. The envelope was apparently folded in the mail and so my star lantern was delivered damaged. Maybe they could focus more on quality and less on offering

I ordered x2 / 20" paper lanterns thru Wal-Mart to make a hot air balloon basket for a baby shower gift.
Two weeks go by with no tracking information or order information. Feeling anxious, I called Michelle and she handled everything so well! She kept her promise of calling me back, tracked my order, cancelled the one from Walmart, took my order and sent my order all within a couple hours.

I purchased several star lanterns for my daughters 13th birthday party. I used white twinkle lights to light them and it was beautiful. I had also purchased a table cloth and a couple runners. The lanterns were great quality, shipped promptly and looked amazing hung. I would definitely recommend.

Not cool ! Opened package on my doorstep. If this is the way you deliver, I will NOT be placing anymore orders

Was hesitant to order but all of the reviews by brides were good so I figured if you can keep the brides happy, you can make anyone happy. Shazam was I ever pleasantly surprised. Great quality, unbelievably fast shipping and the prices can't be beat. I'll definitely order again. 5 stars.

The fairy lights are good quality and shipped very fast. Their customer service is 5 Star, I had one little bump in my order and it was addressed and remedied immediately. Completely satisfied and will do business again

I love shopping at this online store every time i am having a party, they have everything i need.. The products are not cheap looking and priced just right. I just hope that they would have free shipping for their regular customers lol.

Very pleased. The lanterns were exactly as described and look absolutely great on our porch. I highly recommend the Paper Lantern Store. And their
prices can't be beat. We will definitely use them again.

These particular lanterns are extremely cheaply made.
Also, the colors pastel colored ones are so light that the color is barely distinguishable.
Will not purchase from this company again.
These are going in the goodwill box.

I recently purchased over 100 paper lanterns from their website for my upcoming wedding. My fiancé and I could not be more thrilled with the quality of the product, excellent customer service and quick delivery! Love love love the Paper Lantern Store! We will be back shortly to purchase more items as the wedding planning moves forward. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome! They have saved me for to events I did decor for. So lucky to have them in the area.

I just want to say that I had a really great online shopping experience with Paper Lantern Store. I ordered some lights for the porch and they flagged a potential issue, emailed and texted me, answered when I called back, and the lady I talked to was smart and friendly. They have a great selection and I was just really impressed with the entire experience. Thank you for making it easy for me to handle something!!! So appreciated!

Anna in Customer Service went significantly out of her way to ensure my (relatively small, turquoise fans for my wedding) order was correct and on time, and even used another shipping service at my request after the local mail failed to deliver my order. I will order from them for any needs I have, solely based on my experience with Anna back in April/may of this year! We were also VERY happy with the quality of the paper fans they offer. Thanks again!

It's more a warehouse than a store but there's amazing variety of anything and everything decor.. they have a all sorts of themes and I was after paper lanterns but ended up also getting string lights and umbrellas. Quality was not amazing but given its price, it was to be expected. The salesperson was super helpful and made great suggestions on how to use the decorations and what else would match well.

PLEASE be VERY careful before ordering from this site. Unfortunately, their shipping cost is sky high and they do not offer exchanges. Also, if you want to return something YOU have to pay fully to ship it back. I just tried to ship something back and it would cost me $42. It was also going to cost me another $15 to purchase the other items that… I needed to exchange. I tried to contact costumer service and I was told there is NOTHING they can do. Basically, before you purchase make sure you buy the things that you really need, the color that you need, and the measurements that you need

They were fast I'll give them that BUT... half the lights weren't what I ordered 3 out of 20 didn't work at all and the shipping cost just as much as my order including tax. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered several types of hand fans for the bridesmaids at a wedding. The fans arrived quickly and were of good quality (I reviewed each of the three types of fans on the website). I will definitely keep Paper Lantern Store in mind for future purchases.

I payed a lot of money to have the Premium Delivery (1 business day) and the failed... I tried to talk with the company but they never answered my call or emails! Terrible costumer relation.
