Something so close to my heart is sharing what I have learned with others! I have found that pouring into other photographers is something that fills my cup and I am so elated to offer mentoring sessions! This is a no-topic-is-off-limits, completely open & honest conversation between you and me. I have found that these are the most productive & useful if we focus on 2-3 topics in depth, instead of just scratching the surface.
It's about more than hiring someone to hold a camera and snap a few pics. Wedding photography is about carefully crafting and capturing the moments of your big day in a way that beautifully tells the story of your love. After photographing more than three hundred weddings over the past few years, I've really come to value the unexpected, intimate moments that take place on a wedding day.
John and I spend more time laughing than not. He teases that my gluten free avocado toast is too hipster, I tease him for his lack of appreciation for fine cuisine. We laugh hard and play hard. He supports me, inspires me and challenges me to see the world different as often as possible, and I love that my world is surrounded by people who do the same.

MAGNIFICIENT fine art photographer! Her style is so classically beautiful, romantically artistic, and that of Martha's weddings and Vogue caliber. Her work speaks for itself and on top of that, she is truly kind professional, highly organized, and an expert in her craft. As Ansel Adams once said, “A great photograph is one that fully expresses what one feels, in the deepest sense, about what is being photographed.” Catherine captured just that for us.

Catie is such a gem! She was an absolute dream to work with! My fiance was lucky enough to find her to work with to capture his surprise proposal to me during a trip we took to San Francisco (we're from New York) and I am so happy that he chose her! Catie is so talented at what she does and she has a way to make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera! The images she captures are so natural and breathtaking, I am forever grateful for the pictures she took of our special moment! She is such a sweetheart! I high recommend her!

Working with Catie is an absolute dream. She is the kindest person with a heart of gold. Not only is she an exceptionally talented photographer, but she makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera. I love the images she took of my husband and me. How do I even begin to express my appreciation for Catie?! There is absolutely no other photographer that we would have chosen to photograph our wedding. Not only is she the sweetest human being ever, but she is also SO talented. Our pictures turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined. She is always so professional and kind. When I first met the photographer (CLP), I immediately fell in love with her work. I met her at a wedding in San Diego (as a wedding coordinator) and I could not believe how amazing she was with the bride and groom. She has a very chipper and positive attitude, stays on task with the timeline, gets in as many photos as possible (even beyond the photo list), and has a very consistent style to her work. She had great patience to work with us and we love her for that. As a coordinator, I've seen so many beautiful photos, but I sincerely gravitate to CLP's work! Catie is absolutely awesome! We used her for our engagement, wedding, maternity, newborn, and family portraits! She has become my go to photographer! She's also an amazing person and I'm glad to call her my friend. All our pictures came out beautiful. I was so happy with the quality of her work. She spends time editing and making the photos look their best which I know is time consuming, yet she still delivers in a short amount of time- which is wonderful for an impatient person like myself LOL.
