On both my parents' sides, my family has a long, dedicated history of serving our country. This dates back to cavalry, when the cavalry actually had horses. My father was a proud American with a family legacy. Both his father and brothers served our country. Growing up, my father instilled these values in me: respect, politeness and general human decency.
Continuing with my family legacy, I joined the U.S Army and served in the 11th Armored Cavalry, Medical Troop, Fulda, Germany and trained as a combat medic. My son Joseph served our country with the 101st Airborne Screaming Eagles at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. He completed one tour in Afghanistan and my wife Adriane and I are grateful that he has made it home to us.

Our AC shut down last Sunday 1/2/22. Vet Air service returned my call made at 2:30 pm and I requested a service call before 8:00 pm. Adam arrived on time, took care of the problem- luckily an easy fix. He then checked out the rest of the system and installed an air filter that I had purchased. During this time he explained everything he was doing and was as polite as could be. He’s a real asset to the company. Good experience.

Needed plumbing service to repair a reclaimed water pipe that was broken at the city's cutoff due to overgrown tree roots. I filled out a request form online and within minutes I heard back from Sasha, who was so very pleasant. Buck came out to fix our pipe right on time. Once again, Veteran Air was our choice. Sure, we've had other companies over the years do repair and maintenance, but Vet Air is hands down the best. Why? They have the staff available so you don't wait days before an appointment. They call 20 - 30 min before arriving. They are courteous, listen to your explanation of any issues and they get right to work. They fix the problem, first time, and don't charge an unreasonable amount. Also, there are photos and videos of what was found to be an issue, and their solution. Quick and easy. We're sold and they are HIGHLY recommended.

The technician was very polite and seemed to know what he was doing. I would recommend their services to anybody. However, I was surprised he didn’t wash my cooling fins on my outdoor compressor unit with a spray cleaner and water hose. Maybe because the technician didn’t arrive until after sunset. If he had of arrived earlier, he would of had more light to see.

I continue to be impressed with Veterans Air Conditioning. They not only came out at the time scheduled, and replaced a faulty, whining blower motor and module which was under warranty, but also checked the in-duct air pressure, fan speed, sanitized the intake register duct, added a 90 degree fitting to my drain line, cleaned the drain line with solvent cleaner, and checked my system freon pressures. Veterans technicians are polite, respectful, efficient, and very thorough. From the initial detailed cost estimate I received for my new YORK (mostly American made) central air conditioning system

Veterans Air. They called us to schedule a complementary 6 month maintenance check. William arrived on time on a Sat. He did a thorough check with state of the art equipment. He checked all inside vents, thermostat and cleaned inside and outside of the A/C unit. William showed us before and after pics.

Best experience I have ever had with an HVAC company! We had another company called Air and Energy come out and state we needed a new system (7 year old Trane). I got a 2nd opinion and Veteran Air did a full check and discovered zero leaks. The other company did our system was corroded but showed us no pictures. They said none of our equipment was under warranty so I called Trane and they said all functional parts would be covered until 2024 even though we were not original owners. Curtis came out to repair AC. The blower fan was out. He was very quick and efficient. I was very impressed with his attitude and skill. It was a pleasure to have them. Although I don't like paying that much for a repair, my homework told me they were spot on in pricing. The parts were expensive(not their fault) and the labor was fair. I'll use them again if needed.

I stupidly compared area prices for my AC problem after I had already contracted Veteran AC to come over. They were so much more than 2 of my comparison companies. My fault for acting before doing the proper research.... think it was their name, Veteran, that influenced me to call them first. Next time I'll be a lot smarter before I decide on who to trust!

I took advantage of their special for a/c tune-up. They charged me double because I have 2 zones, but one a/c unit. That burned me, but here's the real problem: when I looked at one of the units, there was a big pool of water next to it on the floor. I can't believe he missed that - it was impossible not to see. One of the hoses had a leaky seal around an elbow joint, and it would've been great to have him fix it while he was here. Again, the leak was impossible to miss. Recently, Veteran Air-conditioning installed a new air conditioner for our guesthouse. They recommended a mini split system and gave us an excellent price. Their crew came in and did the installation in one day, they cleaned up well and did an excellent installation. This company is easy to work with and they did not try to sell me something I didn't need. We're very satisfied.
