Chris is an excellent representative and salesmen. He explained in detail what I needed to replace my unrepairable AC system. Chris made sure I fully understood what type of system I needed in order to be cool and comfortable. I really appreciated his professionalism and the time he spent putting me at ease. Thank you Chris. Prior to Chris, John worked his butt off trying to make repairs to the unit. John explained things to me as he worked on the unit and even came back out Saturday a.m. to get some cold air moving. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks John.

Done with using D&D Air Conditioning Company. Not reliable and call at the last minute to cancel an appointment. After doing business with this company for nearly 16 years, I guess they don't consider us a valuable customer. They never called us yearly to set up service appointment, I had to call and remind them. This is not the way to service customers. But, we always have them the benefit of the doubt. Not ANYMORE! Getting too high on your britches D&D (Brian and Jon). Plenty of other company that want out business.

D & D Air conditioning provided us with exceptional customer service in addition to a successful install of a Trane 2.5 Ton AC Unit. Chris Whitney was very thorough in his explanation of fixing our older system vs. purchasing a new one. I felt like he was sincere and had our best interest in mind.

Brian is the ultimate professional. He came to our house the same morning to fix the problem as well as a new estimate for replacing our HVAC. While he repaired our unit so we would have air conditioning, I. Two days we had our new system up and running and he did not charge us the $400 in repairs from two days earlier. Our Trane system is wonderful! We can't hear it when it is on...couldn't be more impressed with both the service and customer service aspects of the transaction! We would recommend him to all our friends and acquaintances.
