The website says they take care of properties in Clark County, Washington. However, I was told over the phone that they don't because they're located in Beaverton. The guy was nice, but either the website or employee should have correct information. I have water in my home which needs to get taken care of as soon as possible. I did not need my time to be wasted.

I'm giving Pacific NW Restoration 5 stars. FABULOUS JOB!
Cleaning and disinfecting a rental home left in horrible shape.
Animal feces and urine -- filthy - the smell was horrendous.
Renter's stuff left everywhere. Pacific NW Restoration got in there and in just a week transformed it inside and out - walls, ceilings, floors, cabinets, fridge, windows - SPECTACULAR!
Totally different house.

I just purchased my first home and all I wanted to do is replace the flooring. Unfortunately that ended up being a larger project than expected. There was a lot of dry-rot and mold. Robert and his team provided an excellent service. If you need their service dont look elsewhere they didnt just help me restore my home but also my peace of mind.

I called Pacific NW Restoration right after I had discovered a pipe burst in my wall and was leaking water in my crawl space which resulted in water damage throughout my kitchen and other living areas. From the very beginning Robert and his team was very reassuring that they would take care of everything. They did! They immediately started the drying and water damage remediation process. His employees were very informative and respectful. They also handled the entirety of my insurance claim from start to finish which was very very nice. We ended up having to replace hardwood and carpet flooring
