They were on site within thirty minutes to assess the damage done to the roof of my business and got everything patched up within just a few hours. Mason and Cameron were very professional and took care of all the details to have it fully repaired as soon as the weather and City (permits) let us. Although I hope I never have to use them again (or any emergency service), I wont hesitate to call them again for help when a situation arises. Cheers guys and thank you for all your help getting me through that mess.

I had ground water come up in my crawl space and was very concerned that mold would develop. Melinda gave me some great advice and pointers of what to look for and how to treat the area to avoid mold. They are good, honest people and I highly recommend them.

Just a few quick words about ServPro of Vancouver:
Obviously nobody wants to have to a disaster in their home like we did, but thankfully, ServPro fixed everything in minimal time and the job they did was fantastic!
We called right after an upstairs flood. Andrew, a Technician, was on call and called us back immediately. Andrew came out right away, accompanied by Cody. Both were knowledgeable, professional, respectful (wore face masks during COVID pandemic) and thorough - putting us immediately at ease about all of our worries.
In the end, they were careful to only tear down the minimal amount
