That depends on how many rentals we have that day. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as the evening before. If this is the case, we will call to confirm that someone will be at the party location. Typically we will arrive within 30 minutes - 1 hour prior to the appointment time.

Regina was very nice and helpful considering the weather was not on our side for a corporate event. I offered to assist with the set up because she was alone but she had it! She was very courteous and professional. Will defiantly use them again in the future!

Rented for a neighborhood 4th of July event today. The bounce house was a hit. SUPER clean!! Very responsive and very good about staying in touch. Even called to reconfirm as we booked a month prior. Highly recommend this company for on time, clean bounce houses.

So amazing!!! Such a great company to work with. Customer service was friendly and helpful.
Slide was really good quality and very clean.
The gentlemen who delivered and set up the slide were super fast.

Super easy to book, to pay, and get delivered/picked up. They arrived early, so no stress when throwing a party. Very Professional crew and business owner. The bounce house was a hit, it was Clean and in great condition. We Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. Highly recommended and affordable. We will be using them again this summer!

DO NOT BOOK this company (Regina Aiken). They are most definitely a SCAM!!!!! My daughters bday party is today and started at 330pm. I called these people at 2 and was advised they would definitely be here in enough time to set up before it started... Fast forward it was 3:28pm and I called several times no answer! Finally she answers with an attitude and keeps saying they are on the way no apology or nothing until after I expressed myself with anger now she apologizes. My husband spoke to her after our conversation and she still confirmed they was on the way. 20 mins later she calls and says
