Ruth's House Event Rentals

Ruth's House made planning our wedding a breeze! Stephanie helped guide us the entire way and was so kind to answer all our questions and plan for rental items needed at the two separate event sites. I had a great experience working with Ruth’s House. Their prices were the best in the Charleston area and all my chairs and the tent were clean and in excellent condition. I even rented all my wedding flowers including the bouquets and centerpieces from their new division, Wedding Flowers for Rent. We ended up saving over 1200 dollars on flowers that we only needed for five hours. Plus, the flowers were beautiful and we received so many compliments and our guests had no idea they were faux. I highly recommend Ruth’s House!!

Our company rented bars from Ruth's House and a few patio umbrellas. The entire process was smooth and the customer service was great! They have plenty of other items to rent and I hope we have another event in Charleston soon so we can use Ruth's again. Highly recommend!

RH did an amazing job from start to finish. I changed a lot of things from the initial order to our wedding day but Stephanie was a pro at communicating with me and making sure we had everything we needed. I used Ruth's for our tent rental, dance floor, & string lighting. While the tent and dance floor were great, when I showed up on my wedding day, several of the string lights were out (they had been put up several days before, so this could have happened in that time span). Ruth's quickly sent someone out to make sure the lights were replaced in time for my reception and even added a side wall to my tent for no extra charge. We were planning a destination wedding in Charleston and Ruth's house had exactly what we were looking for! It was difficult finding the pieces we wanted but once we saw the lovely lounges they provided - I was in love!!! The rentals were amazing and only matched by the level of service we received. I couldn't have been more pleased with this great vendor find. A must use for all your event needs!!!

I highly recommend Ruth's House for any type of event rental. We rented the majority of our furniture + accessories from them for our October wedding and the entire process was efficient, affordable, and pleasant. Stephanie was a joy to work with and was flexible when our guest count would change and things needed to be increased or decreased. From coordinating the wedding rentals with Stephanie to the breakdown of the tents, tables and chairs, the experience all went so smoothly. The tents are of excellent quality and looked awesome. We had a clear top tent for an evening wedding with lots of lights. It looked magnificent with the big oaks and marsh in the background. The staff that handles the equipment is extremely polite, efficient and go the extra mile. I highly recommend this company.
