If you want to live in a complex where the office management, property management, AND regional management doesn't care about having habitable living spaces then this is your place! On-going mold due to windows leaking during winter is not ideal, especially with a young child!
They will cover their tracks with e-mails saying it will get fixed but then say it wont over the phone. This has been months of reaching out, trying to find a solution and still not one window fixed. This PM Company is an absolute JOKE! If you cant pay for replacement

Read my previous review. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Have had leaking windows, 3/4 of my windows. Almost been two months and nothing has been done! Emails ignored! They have had two people look at the windows. They said the first time they can't go with just the first person, since they told them they need to be replaced. Second people said the same exact thing!! Also my dad took a look at the windows and he said the wood is starting to rot outside! They clearly do not care. I always have to clean and have towels near the windows due to mold growth from the leakage. I will be taking legal matters

I’m not sure where a lot of these negative reviews are coming from. I just moved in and the entire process from application to move in was super smooth and straight forward. The ladies in the office were very responsive and pleasant to work with. At no point did I ever receive conflicting information regarding deposits or dates. The unit was incredibly clean upon move in and I haven’t seen one bug like some of the reviews report. Again, don’t let the negative reviews scare you!

Update: Be prepared to live with spiders and roaches. Have had apartment sprayed and still having issues but can't hear back from management for further extermination. Doors shift and don't open properly once again after being fixed. Was told due to the building being old. Yet I pay extra for an upgraded apartment. Oh yeah, roof construction at 7:15 am every morning. Move in right away!

I'm trying to find out the Management parent company's phone number. Does anyone have it. They gave my wife 3 different rent prices, and different deposit price after getting one deposit, she was told she needed to put down more deposit money. She asked for her money deposit back after the manger came up with all this crazy money scheme game. Ms. Jasmine told her it would take 2/3 weeks, this is all after running our credit and costing us points on her credit report. Seems like a place that makes things up as they go, don't want to live there. Any help with getting any info on the parent company

** please read before renting here ** there is a reason these apartments are on the cheaper end for Sonoma county. Fpi management is awful, cheap and does not care about tenants . Units in photos on website do not reflect how units truly Iook. Outdated , poorly painted, not maintained, windows breaking and rusting , huge bug issue they fail to fix, baseboard coming up in bathroom due to rot behind them. The unit was infested with cockroaches I had to have it exterminated within my first week of living there. Closet doors were broken, blinds were broken, outlet in the bathroom broken, toilet was clogged, all upon moving in. The only one of those things that ever got fixed was the closet doors because I hunted down a maintenance guy to do it otherwise they don't repair anything ever. I had to

4th new manager in 18 months. Instead of fixing a problem, the office staff are fired and new ones are brought in. No one could be reached when there was a police emergency and the police couldn’t get into an apartment. Very unsafe outside of your apartment, especially at night. Fights, cars stolen and drugs sold from apartments. If you can, don’t live here, especially with kids.

Do not move here!! They have ppl coming and lawn mowing etc at 8 am!!! Then have them coming again around 1 or 2....they only have a recycling bin on one side of the apartments they don’t care about the other side or how it looks they only care about the side with the office...the apartments are also infested with bugs and roaches, they never come and fix anything our closet doors are falling apart and the windows are so thin and have rust already...we have a door missing on our patio that they were supposed to install since we moved here that never got token care of I can go on and on about

I've lived in this complex for a few years now and am incredibly thankful for the ENTIRE team that runs this property, they all work so well together to make it a great place for residents.
Jazmin is so sweet and does everything in her power to help you! I'm very appreciative of everything she does!!!:)

Pedro is such a kind soul, he will always wave/ say hi as you pass by and such a dedicated/ hard worker!!

For over a year the sink water from the upstairs apartment either backs up into my friends lower apartment sink, or runs across the sidewalk out into the parking lot when ever they put anything down the sink.… The management does nothing! Now we have a health epidemic caused by a virus that might be spreading out into the public areas. This is so disgusting.

I lived here for almost 2yrs the mangangment is never here call go to voice mail all time matinace is never wen you need them alarms wen off a few months i couldn’t reach anyone after 5called fire department to turn alarms off in all of our aprtments complex it was super scarry they never fix anything they say there back up on matinace but they have money to remodel all the out side of the apartemnets on both sides they only care about the out side wile the inside nothing works my frige broken for almost 2 yrs everything is falling apart the new manager today may 5 said to my face you just realized
