Everything about Crossbrook is great. From maintenance to safety to wonderful people in the community. Everything was easy for me when it came to needing help and the team was always fast with responses. The apartment itself was the perfect size for me and I loved the layout. I really recommend this place as it is very close to many things (banks, good, grocery stores, freeways etc). Overall, this place has been one of my favorite places to live. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero star, I would. The front office is very shady. They are very nice and welcoming when you first move in but their attitude totally change when you tell them you have to leave. Moving out of this apartment was one of the worst experience I've ever had to deal with. Upon my first move in day, I noticed that there are pet hair along the perimeter of the room and quite some stains on the carpet that were never cleaned up. I told the front office, specifically Pamela, the lady that was in charge of the front office, about my concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment, yet

I want to sue this apartment this apartments are fraud they would charge me monthly a diffrent amount as if Im living in a hotel charges I didnt even know what for the employes there like they cant do anything when you try to go and solve your problem they tell you they cant do anything for you why have an office if you cant solve my problem its been four months since I moved out and with out a notice a collection guy has been calling me telling me I owe the 1000 dollars for damages that I didnt even do please if you ade planning on moving dont come here

If I could give this apartment zero stars I would. I am beyond disappointed in my experience. I don't write Yelp reviews (unless I'm asked to ) but given the situation, I would like to give people a heads up before they look into living here. As upset as I should be about my year experience of living here that's not even the issue I have (constant water shut offs due to pipe issues which i guess goes as far back as 2016 as i have seen from previous reviews and electrical shortages in my unit). Great apartments, next to creek with double trails for walking. Close to 101. RP SMART train station steps away. Landscaping is lush and beautiful thanks to friendly crew like Joaquin & Mike (knew them from our previous apartments in SR). Shoreh in the office is great. Looking forward to using the outdoor BBQ lounge area someday. Package delivery lockers are a plus, too.

Worst place to rent at. when touring the apartment i was told there was storage in the back just to move in and find out there was NO STORAGE AT ALL just the water heater for the whole building. upstairs neighbors constantly stumping/ playing football in the house all night long. neighbors next to us smoking so much weed that the smoke can be seen in our kitchen. now that i finally move out they are trying to change me on top of taking all my deposit. lady in the front office told me the parking permit made out of plastic was " really expensive" unless i return it

Staff members are passive/aggressive, unprofessional, petty, but worst of all they're sneaky. I do NOT recommend you live here but if you are as unfortunate as I am and have to stay here all I can say is watch your back, check your rent statements, expect no help from the staff whatsoever, and prepare for staff to talk down to you should you bring any problems to their attention. Also, most dog owners here do not pick up after their dogs so if you're walking around, look where you step!!!

This apartment complex deserves five stars. It's my first place by myself and the women that manage this place are so sweet and amazing to deal with! I searched for many places before this one and happy to say this was my choice. I asked for something to be fixed and it was the next day and the maintenance guys are incredibly nice. I love the landscaping and the vibe here I
Also love my apartment neighbors they have been great they even leave carrots for my Frenchie! Also the layout and the remodeling of these apartments is great very well done couldn't be happier with my choice here

Update: Never received follow up or closure after contacting the main office about this issue. Also, my neighbor has a beeping low battery smoke detector that's been going off since February. I've made many service requests to have this fixed to no avail. It's almost July and I'm looking forward to ending my lease.

My family gave notice in early April of this year after living at Crossbrook for a year and nine months. We took pictures of the apartment when we finished cleaning and we gave notice within the first week of April that we were moving out by end of April. We had two months left on the lease but we were lucky enough to have had the chance to buy a home. We did not get any notice of a claim for back rent, lease cancellation penalties or that deposit was not going to be refunded. All of which is required by law to be given in writing to a tenant. after we were out of Crossbrook I received a letter

Though I was a tenant of Crossbrook more than a year ago, I feel it necessary to inform any future and current tenants of our situation.
When living there we felt the grounds were lovely, the neighbors were pleasant and friendly and the accommodations adequate. What caused us to choose to leave was the ongoing construction noise that went on for months with the remodeling of adjacent apartments. At first we attempted to work with management, feeling we deserved some kind of compensation for enduring more than two months of loud banging grinding tearing vibrating all day long, starting at 8 am

Nice place to live. Very quiet and respectful neighbors. Bernardo has been amazing. He is the head maintenance figure and he is always professional, timely and knows what he is doing. Jason the manager is also a great person to work with due to his high level of customer service. Jacqueline in the office is also very positive and more than happy to help with your needs. Professional group all around and happy I made the decision to live here.

Non smoking complex should have designated area for guest at the least a non smoking sign if it's written in lease. Pets are 35 month with 500 deposit. Regardless of size not in specific area of large complex very noisy at times also neighboors with very thin Walls you can hear Everything! Not too good convenience good that's about all for me.
