I make very small seasonal orders, but Raj always treats them as though they are the most important order in his tanks. He offers good advice to better what I do and is also a very nice guy.

I initially reached out to this group for some work involving customized laser engraving on hydro-flask units. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their quality of work and turnaround time. Raj, specifically, was able to offer key insights into engraving techniques, generate multiple sketches up to par with my expectations and liking, and execute the engraving task on the spot, all at a reasonable cost. Despite the limited personnel on site due to the lock down, he managed to exceed all expectations and delivered the final product within the same day. Thanks again!

My go to place for anything waterjet because of great customer service. They always go above and beyond and pricing is quite fair in my personal opinion. Would love to keep these guys as my best kept secret, but I guess I can't be too selfish.

Advanced Water Jet was nothing short of amazing i had a very large project with a tight deadline and Raj with Advanced assured me he could get it done. Not only was it done on time but earlier than expected and the final product was perfect. He was very clear on what he could do and they exceeded all my expectations. My team was very happy!

The laser engraving was good. The price was the best I could find for our odd job (we had 50 wooden discs laser-engraved with a logo), and they finished the job on the day they said they would. But, the customer service was lacking - not friendly, not helpful, just more of a get-in-get-out sort of thing. No warm fuzziness here. Owner of the shop felt all right talking to me about something and cussing in the conversation, which I didn't care for personally. Product: 5 out of 5 stars. People: 3 out of 5.
