This is the second time going to OC Engraving but it won't be my last. I decided to get glasses done with someone else and ended up having to go back to OC engraving for new glasses and to get the work done properly. they're awesome when it comes to engraving anything you want in any kind of font on whatever you want you can get your bottles engraved wine tequila whatever bottle you want and whatever classes you want you can even take in your own. They're awesome

They are unable to transfer the written information requested on the initial paperwork. Rudeness from the receptionist and a complete lack of professionalism from Steve who we are told is the Mgr/Owner. Took a knife in to be engraved for our Coast Guard graduating from bootcamp and everything was incorrect on Mock Up and pictures lacking quality making difficult to see to approve in email. Don't put any faith or confidence that they looked at the written document for accuracy or call and question any differences. The knife should have read (United States Coast Guard 1790) and instead read (United

I dropped off a leather bag on Thursday to have a monogram engraved on it. I needed it by Tuesday as i was leaving CA. OC Engraving went a proof that was not what I asked for. I immediately sent a response asking for adjustments to be made. They simply never responded at all and did not complete the order. When I went in to the store, I was offered no apology or explanation. I told them it was inconsiderate to waste my time like that. The woman at the front desk simply handed me my bag and said rudely “have a nice day.” AVOID THIS PLACE!
