Crown Health will provide safe, compassionate, reliable, primary care to vulnerable patients in the comfort of their home. Crown Health's approach to health care tackles three critical aspects of senior care: the rising cost of care, the availability of care, and the increased need for care as seniors age.
Providing regular mobile care reduces the need for urgent care, ER visits, and on-site emergency medical attention, as well as the disruption those may cause for patients, their families and caregivers. Mobile care has proven to reduce overall costs, ER visits, and hospital readmissions. Our mobile medical services, including labs and X-rays, helps better manage chronic conditions, placing less stress on caregivers.

As an employee of an assisted living facility I found Crown Health to be an excellent resource for our residents. It was particularly helpful when a new resident was moving into our community from out of the area. Easy to set them up with the provider. Plus the provider takes the time to check in and discuss health concerns with the staff before/after seeing the resident. That’s not something we generally get with doctors in traditional offices.

My 96 year old mother is in a Renton Senior Living apartment and she can’t easily get around so I thought Crown Health’s business model would be ideal – they come to her. Unfortunately, if you’re used to quality and responsive health care this company falls far short of that mark. They have a website portal for communicating, but appointments are made on their time, communicating with the Dr. or PA is frustrating since a go-between person misinterpreted messages, insisted processes must be done a certain way (when they don’t), was a know-it-all and arrogant. Consequently I had to escalate

Never return phone calls. You must talk to entry person to get a "Ticket" to get a return phone call from an "Assistant" to maybe get to talk to the person you were trying to reach and "They, "MAY" call you back 4-5days later and you "May" have to go through this whole process again. Horrible customer service.
This is why I give them a 1 star.

Having this company is not all bad for mobile doctor. I recommend if you’re at a facility NOT having Rachel Malof as your house doctor. When faxing for orders, med clarification, requesting order (refills), medication approvals, or when families want an explanation for something etc she is absolutely horrible at responding. She seems to not respond to a specific med-tech for whatever her reason may be it is extremely unprofessional and frustrating for my staff, when that specific employee sends majority of the faxes in that building. She will respond to multiple of my other employees if they

It is very frustrating when you work in a facility and multiple med—aides are faxing a specific doctor whether it be for refills, questions about a patient, signed orders, or family members asking for information about a loved one etc and the doctor does not return faxes specifically from you, which to me is not only annoying but unprofessional. If I have my other co-worker fax the doctor then we get a response, which is extremely rude, and again unprofessional for whatever the reason may be. I am hoping with new management there will be a difference however the issue seems to be with this specific
