They did a terrific job! Very professional installation. Awesome clean up too. We're enjoying our front room now for the first time in years! So far our salesman Matt has been very informative advising us on the right custom patio door for our home. Installation will be sometime early next year as is the norm these days during covid times. I will update my review after installation but thank you to Matt for being so knowledgeable on your products so that my husband and I didn't go down the wrong path of choosing a sub par product that would've likely had no warranty. Matt knows his stuff and clearly answered every question or concern we had thus far!

Salesperson, Scott, was very patient and helpful. Window World of Joliet came in with the best price out of about 6 local quotes. I had 15+ windows replaced (two install dates) in early and mid 2021. The windows are operating well and I definitely notice an improvement in room temperature (previous windows were 25 years old). My only negative comment would be that their customer service could be better. One representative answering calls and emails was not very professional. Overall, I am happy with the windows so far - best price - windows look good and operate well.

Thanks WW for the awesome door and window installation and from the great 1st impression I received from the salesman Zach who was back a few days later taking measurements for are new windows and great communication from Brian setting up the install and can’t forget Paul and his absolute expert clean and efficient work team. WW exceeded my expectations so on top of my 5 star review I’m adding 5 more star’s that’s 10 stars from this happy customer. Thanks again WW you guys are definitely the best!!
