We wanted to put a deck with a pergola on the back of our house. A friend recommended Jason King, owner of Royal Restoration. Jason came out to our house and sat down with me, my husband and my Dad. He was so easy to talk to and knew exactly what we wanted. Jason and his team were very professional and very hardworking!! We not only got our deck and pergola we also wanted bench seating and a cooler hidden in the bench seating…. Done no problem!! The quality and craftsmanship are bar none!! I would highly recommend Jason and his team at Royal Restoration!!

Our deck was old and outdated. Jason came out to give us a quote. First of all he listened to what my vision was of a new style deck and adding a pergola. I wanted just 1 step down and no railing except as you come out our patio door. I wanted the pergola to be just the size of the main deck that is as wide as our house in the back not the whole deck. I wanted some sun to come through which is why I wanted a pergola instead of enclosed roof. He tossed out ideas and I gave him my yes or no answers. We agreed on the concept of it. As they started the build after the tear down there was always communication

We had Royal Restoration construct a pavilion onto the rear of our house. The craftsmanship and ideas they had are perfect. Jason and his team were professional and extremely attentive to what we wanted. The shingles on our house were discontinued quite a while ago but they were able to find a match and you cannot see where one stops and the other begins! We used them again approximately 2 years later for some interior remodeling. We had them remove a pantry cabinet and create a pantry closet with a full door. We also had them remove 2 walls to open up the rooms for a more open floor plan, and

Jason and his team built us a lovely, custom deck! They did impeccable work. They were agreeable to our request of a custom metal railing and did a great job researching new techniques and materials.
