Do not use this company. I am a very small business owner who hired this team to help me navigate the operation and maintenance of proper payroll records.
PCS mishandled classifications of my employees (under the wrong states), made multiple errors on my company's returns, and double paid employees through payroll runs (even after being notified of their mistakes).
There were so many errors flagged at the end of the year, I had to hire an outside accountant to review my files in a more complete fashion. We found even more mistakes stretching back nearly two years.
