This place doesn't even deserve one STAR! As a nurse working here will put your license at risk because of the neglect, HIPPA violations, & unsafe staffing. I was repeatedly scheduled to work by myself as the Nurse & Aid
Which is unsafe for the clients when I called and asked the scheduler who is rude and prejudice (Connie) she had the audacity to yell & curse at me. The DON Michelle probably has never held the position before because how is it ok for diabetic clients not to have snacks available to them overnight? Better yet allowing the scheduler to disrespect the nurses? There is a picture

My brother is currently a patient at this rehab facility. He has raved about the kind and helpful staff, the excellent therapy and the amazing food. This is coming from a person who is very hard to please. The positive environment has encouraged him to work hard in therapy so he can return home safely. The dietary staff goes out of their was to bring him something else if he doesn’t like what is being served. I can not say enough good thing about this rehab facility.

The rehabilitation/nursing side of this facility is absolutely terrible. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! The head nurse stated she "doesn't have a good answer" when we asked about a blood draw that was supposed to take place on a Friday, then didn't happen until we called for the results the following Monday. Well, over the weekend, the patient's hemoglobin dropped dangerously low and she ended up in the hospital for a transfusion.
The rehab/nursing wing does NOT care about your family in there. This place should NEVER be recommended for anyone.
I would give zero stars but I couldn't post

What a great staff from the CNAs, Nurses, Physical Therapist to the Housekeepers and the rest! I was there for 3 weeks, but it seemed like a couple of days. The activities staff kept me busy doing things through the day. The food was good, the room was very nice and I was well taken care of. My recovery went smoother than expected and I just can't say enough great things about Windemere!

I would give this place a lower rating if I could. My MIL was there for just over a week before we pulled her out. She was treated for a bladder infection just before going there, and it took 2 1/2 hours one day for her to get someone to take her to the bathroom. She didn't get help until we threatened to have the police come to do a wellness check. They continued to give her laxatives when she told them she did t need them. She had 4 separate "accidents" as a result. Her inhaler was empty one morning end they never came back with a new one for her. They would not let her have her

Horrible facility. My father was sent there for rehab from an invasive surgery. The staff were rude and treated my father very poorly. He was released in a hurry due to the fact he contracted Covid at this facility. The staff failed to protect my loved one when he needed it the most. The condition he was in when he was released was appalling and the staff showed no remorse in his distress and mine. Do not recommend.

My grandmother has been in their care for just over two weeks. I use the word care ironically, because she has been anything but cared for.

More than 4 times in the last two weeks, they've forgotten to bring her a meal. She's not allowed to leave her bed alone for any reason, yet when she needs to use the bathroom and calls for help, no one shows up. At my last visit, we hit the call button 3 times within the three hour period, and not once did anyone come to check on her, let alone tend to her needs. If I had not been there, I'm confident my grandmother would have either gone

We removed my father from Windemere Park in April of 2019 due to a horrible decline in their service levels. My dad is 93 years old and suffers from severe dementia. On several occasions, the staff allowed him to sit in his wheelchair all day without water and necessary incontinence care. When one evening his wife found him left completely alone and unattended in the dining area with his meal untouched, she reported the neglect to staff managers, but was ignored. She finally sent a formal written complaint to Windemere upper management, but received no reply. My father now resides in a smaller

Came in today to get some information and was really impressed! Celestine at the front desk was a delight! Her smile and helpful attitude was refreshing on a hot afternoon. The building was beautiful inside and I was shocked by all the amenities! I could move in tomorrow!

This facility is not a place to leave someone you care for. The few people that do care are overworked until they quit. Helpless people sit with food within arms reach yet are not fed.
Laundry is distributed to anyone, even though it is labeled. Sick calls not covered so the patients are neglected. We witnessed this place for over a year. We visited our loved one Every day and made his life better each day. Without us being there, I shudder to think what his care would have been. Food choices are poor. No plan on how to handle patients with communicable diseases. The owners should have

Hefty move in fee that was not refunded when they made my mom leave three weeks later. Staff very nice but not enough nor do they seem able to handle advanced Alzheimer's disease. Laundry was not done as promised and when panic button was pushed repeatedly nobody responded. No written system of making sure regular checks are done like at other facilities. Had to request shower and bed change. My mom was not taken to activities very often and most of the time residents of memory card are in their rooms and not in common areas. I would not make this choice for my loved one. Written letter to
