K. Scott Jewelers is owned and operated by Ken Scott, a GIA trained jeweler with over 35 years of industry experience. Ken Scott and his knowledgeable associates of customer-focused professionals have been meeting the needs of loyal patrons in Delaware's tri-state area for over three decades. Ken Scott began his career as a sales associate working under the tutelage of Bruce Cohen, partner/owner of an established retail jewelry business.
At K Scott Jewelers, we want to help you keep your jewelry looking as good as new. We offer a variety of general jewelry repair and jewelry maintenance services to do just that! We invite everyone to take advantage of our jewelry repair and maintenance services, no matter where the jewelry piece was purchased.
I didn't know it at the time, but the jewelry business would become my passion and a lifelong career. Bruce and I had an immediate rapport and he took me under his wing, teaching me all of the fundamentals required to operate a small business. Over the past twenty-three years I looked to Bruce as a mentor, employer, and most importantly a friend.
Our team of skilled jewelry designers are happy to sit down with you to design a one of a kind work of art to showcase your style and taste. Every detail will be shown in a state of the art CAD rendering of your ring prior to being made. Custom designed rings are becoming very popular and it's one of the many things that set K Scott jewelers above the rest!
Service described is a rental - or lease purchase program provided by Prog Leasing, LLC or its affiliates. The initial payment is $49.00. All remaining lease payments will be determined by the cash price of the leased item and the frequency of payments. You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make 12 months of payments or exercise an early purchase option.

I wanted to love this but it was such a terrible experience that it should be zero stars. We wanted to give a local business our business instead of getting what we needed online. We stopped in to see if it could be done. Mr. Scott was friendly and gave us a lot of information. We showed him a picture of what we wanted and he said he could do it. We went over everything in detail, took measurements and he gave us a price. We agreed, and he told us it would take about 2 weeks. We were there over an hour, probably closer to 1.5 hours. He also mentioned he believed in being open from sun up to sun

If you pay for a repair or buy something Ken will fall all over you. However, if the repair you pay for is wrong and you want him to stand behind it - you will experience what we are trying to warn you about. Look at his track record with the Better Business Bureau - 100% of the time he did nothing to stand behind his work

I purchased and engament ring (custom made setting in platinum) Mr. Scott had taken a diamond out of another ring for the center diamond and had told me verbally and on the appraisal that it was .9K and that the total weight was 1.8k.
All looked great to my untrained eyes!!!
so as a happy couple we decided to go back to K Scott and have the wedding band made to match the engagement ring. im not sure what happend in that time frame but Mr. Scott's customer service went severely down hill and it took the better part of 2 months to get the band. getting it back

I had taken an engagement ring setting that was previously purchased from K Scott Jewelers to the owner Mr. Scott in February of 2017 to sell for consignment since he said he had a consignment case set up where he was going to be selling gently used jewelry. I spoke to him about my engagement ring setting that no longer had a center diamond in it and he said that he would be able to help me sell it on consignment and would get the ring cleaned up and put a CZ in it for display purposes and that he would get me a contract for consignment so I would get a certain amount of money once the ring sold

The worst place to have jewelry made, still waiting for a necklace for my granddaughter. I been waiting for 3 weeks now, and still it's not done. A simple insert a stone into a setting. A Christmas present for my 13 yo granddaughter. I get nothing but excuses as to why it's not done yet

KScott Jewelers is a phenomenal Delaware diamond and wedding jewelry store! The people are nice. The prices are great, and the store is always neat and clean. Not only do they make you feel like family, they do whatever they can to make sure you're a happy customer. Plus they do free jewelry cleanings!
