What a great experience! My wife had recently lost the center stone from her wedding ring. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They worked with me to find a solution and had the ring back to me the next day as this was a surprise for my wife. It looked incredible and quite honestly better than the original stone. We had generally stuck to the chain stores, which will no longer be the case. The care for my situation, combined with the friendly service and product delivered, will keep me coming back. What a wonderful experience! We went in to see if my fiancé could have his father’s wedding band resized for our wedding in October.
We were given amazing information and service from the sales representative. They also polished my engagement ring and it looks brand new! We will definitely be coming back again.

I cannot sing the praises of Del Haven Jewelers enough...a few months ago a stone (my Andrew's stone 😱) fell out of my Mother's ring and I was devastated. A friend recommended Del Haven and for only $45 they… replaced the stone, fixed the broken prong, reshaped the band and cleaned it! It looks brand new! The stones are all synthetic but this ring has very sentimental value to me and Del Haven treated me and my ring like we were worth a million bucks! So happy to have my kids back around my finger and to have found a caring and trustworthy jeweler 💍 💎💎💎

I brought two of my rings there to be repaired back in July. One of my rings just needed to be resized, and the other needed a diamond replaced that had fallen out. When I picked up my rings, the ring that needed the band resized was very thin, almost to the point it will crack in no time! It also was returned with a scratch on the setting. When I… questioned it being so thin, I was advised to just wear it until the band breaks. Also, my diamond in the center looks different.. the cut isn’t the same. I believe they took my grandmothers diamond— of course I have “no proof

I brought in a sterling bangle bracelet to be engraved on both the outer center and a sentiment on the inside as a special birthday gift for my adult daughter. Everyone was so accommodating and kind. I was told it could take a week and was extremely happy to get a call the next day telling me it was already done! The engraving done exceeded my highest expectations and was given a tarnish inhabitant red pouch to present it in. Thank you De Haven jewelers...you're the very best:)

I am beyond impressed with Del Haven Jewelers!! We purchased our wedding bands at their store a few months ago. This past weekend, we were married! I took my rings to their store this morning because they were not sitting as I had hoped they would on my finger. Without hesitation, they fixed my rings in minutes. I then asked about getting my rings soldered together, and again, that request was granted within minutes. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Everyone is so knowledgable and friendly, and I truly couldn't be happier!

Lenny is a real craftsman. He custom made this ring and matching wedding bands (not shown here) a few years back for me. You pay for quality at this place but it's lifetime stuff and Lenny takes great care of his customers long after the sale. Recently, I walked into a couple of other jewelers looking for several hundred dollars to dip the rings, Lenny does these things for his customers and it's included when you buy. I hate making the drive but if your lady is worth it, buy jewelry that's worth it.

My old turquoise and silver Zuni cuff bracelet needed a tiny turquoise bead replaced. The original bead had fallen out while I was traveling, and a jewelry shop out of state had replaced the bead a week ago. The repair work was unsatisfactory. Two days ago I took my bracelet to Del Haven Jewelers and consulted with Lloyd who knew exactly what needed to be done to restore my bracelet. I just left Del Haven with my perfectly repaired bracelet and a big smile on my face. The service was outstanding and the repair charge was minimal! I highly recommend Del Haven Jewelers.

Took a ring in 3 years ago for an adjustment. They said they would adjust but really a new mount was needed. True to form last week the stone fell completely out of the ring. We cannot say we were not warned. Took it back and they masterfully replaced the mount and adjusted the band. Did an awesome job. We are thrilled with the service.

I was lucky enough to go there today to get a ring fixed. The salesman was amazing, helped me find an amazing setting for my old diamond and then the owner kept me company while I waited for my new ring to be created right then and there! I would recommend this family owned business to everyone I know. Way better than the chains who just high pressure you to buy.
