Nestor Licona was the most professional, responsive and detailed agent that I have ever worked with. I am an investor in California, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada and Florida. Annette Contreras with Re/Max Big Bear was a pleasure to work with in purchasing our cabin in Big Bear. My wife and I immediately recognized that she was an extremely knowledgeable and hard working person. She knows the industry in the area and was familiar with every step of the purchase; even the loan, escrow, and inspection process.
