Big Bear Lake West, Central and East, Moonridge and Fox Farm are part of Big Bear Lake (92315), with parts of Moonridge in the county area.
Big Bear City (92314) is an unincorporated county area and shares its zip code with Erwin Lake, Baldwin Lake, Whispering Forest and Lake William. Sugarloaf (92386) is a small community with it's own post office and Fawnskin (92333) is on the North side of the lake with their own zip code and post office as well as some small shops, Moose Lodge and restaurants.

Before purchasing a home and moving to Big Bear in 1998, my husband and I were raising our daughter in Camarillo when we decided that we wanted a different pace of life and looked around & up and down California for a new place to call home.

I am licensed through the CA BRE and needed to sell my home in an area that i moved away from. Jane was someone i worked with before i became. Awesome best describes what Jane did for us. Jane Brayton is the consummate Real Estate Professional. My wife and I were very blessed to have her as our agent. We bought a beautiful cabin in Big Bear and Jane was our agent/consultant. Jane is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, and especially about Big Bear real estate. She was always 2 steps ahead of the process and ALWAYS available. Having Jane as my agent was such a pleasure. She anticipated potential problems and had them handled before hand. She even took back my cable boxes, saving me 4 hours of drive time. Her long standing experience was to my advantage. You can’t ask for a better agent.

Jane was fantastic to work with during our process to purchase a vacation cabin in Big Bear. She is a great listener and showed us cabins that met our requirements. We purchased our cabin in 2018 during a time when there was multiple buyers for properties. She was very patient with us as we looked at many cabins over a 3 month period.
