Maertens-Brenny Construction Company was founded in 1980 by Mr. Joseph D. Maertens and Mr. Severin Brenny out of their homes. The company soon moved into its own offices as projects began to schedule out. In 2006, Mr. John Hoffman and Mr. Scott Chapman became co-owners with Joe Maertens. John and Scott then acquired total ownership in 2016.
Construction for the industrial and manufacturing sectors requires expert training and highly experienced workers who can multi-task. Maertens-Brenny brings those qualities to our projects. An industrial or manufacturing construction project is going to be a big project!
