We bought land in Rimrock thru them (Hunter in Camp Verde). He was extremely helpful throughout the long process (septic and easement and setback issues). He was very knowledgeable and gave us good contacts with county officials, Title people, and other helpful people we needed to do our due diligence to ensure we could put a manufactured home on the property. He was very responsive. Great job!

We had a difficult, drawn out transaction that was interrupted twice by covid 19 as well as various issues with a 1031 exchange. Richard Chambers was patient & professional, always looking out for our best interests, on the ball at every weird left handed twist on what should have been a straightforward deal. I cannot say enough good about how well he handled this 7 month long mess. If I could give him 50 stars I would!

Recently needed a rental home for six months..... landlords usually require a one year lease. They had one for me immediately. After six months upon departure.... I did the agent/tenant walk thru at 9 AM and they delivered my security deposit same day by 3 PM. This cannot be expected but what service!
We requested their services to find a family home for purchase. It was fun and fruitful..... more importantly their agent picked up the "lion's share" of the workload during the mortgage process. This was well above required or expected. Our experiences with Chambers Realty is absolutely five star
