Best real estate transaction that I have ever had. Shelly was incredible from start to finish far exceeding our expectations. She is remarkable and I will highly and exuberantly recommend her going forward. Justina was excellent as well. She kept us up to date on any new development and was always warm and courteous. We had a few wrinkles in our deal caused by our house in Hawaii not closing on schedule and Justina worked tirelessly to keep all parties moving forward. Shelly too! What a great team; I could not give a higher recommendation!

I absolutely fell in love with a house that was an hour away from where my boyfriend and I live now. I had gotten a hold of Scott and told him we wanted to tour a house and we set up an appointment for that same day. When we got to the house there was no one there so we waited for about 30 minutes and still hadn’t heard back from him. Luckily the owners of the house being sold drove by and noticed he wasn’t there and talked to us, they were the sweetest people ever! They welcomed us into their home and let us look around because Scott hadn’t shown up. I contacted him 3 times in the time period

Great team! I mostly worked with Justina Morris and she made every effort to help provide a smooth buying process. Justina would promptly return my calls if she was not at her desk and always went above and beyond to help me. If she did not have the information readily available she would get back to me with it quickly. Bobby was just a good!

So far Has been a very positive experience. Had a little difficulty with staff, other than my Agent, in getting photos cropped to my liking but with my Agents assistance, we worked it out and all is good. The Lander team is clicking on all cylinders. Shelly Moon went above and beyond the call of duty in negotiating a great deal for us, saving us thousands of dollars. She's extremely knowledgeable of Mohave County and the Kingman area and listens carefully to what her clients want.
