(Edited) Used Efficient Air through my home warranty company. Everything was great at first. They came out and replaced a motor that was going out causing a terribly loud noise. The tech explained that the motor was burning itself and the bearings. Unfortunately, within a few short days, a new noise started, even louder than before. So loud we can hear it in the home and it shakes our kitchen through the wall. The tech came back out and said he thought it was another part causing the new noise, replaced it and said to call their office if the noise didn't go away by the next day. It didn't, and

Bobby came out and was the 2nd diagnosis from american home shield. The first tech came out from a different company and said nothing was wrong with my AC.
Bobby found the issue within 5 minutes of arriving. Within one week the issue was repaired.
This company, and specifically Bobby are a great resource if your AC is on the fritz.
Would recommend them 110% to anyone needing a repair. Super knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile on communication and quality of work.

The tech recommended a Hard Start Kit for my AC compressor. Explained how it would make the unit last longer. So I agreed. He installed it in literally 5 minutes. Jonathan and his assistant were nice and seemed knowledgeable. Will use this company again.

I submitted a claim to my home warranty who is American Home shield on 6/1/2020 and I got assigned to this company and they gave me the time window from 12 PM to 4:00 PM. 5:00 and tech showed up to work on my unit he said it was the capacitor he changed the capacitor and said problem would be fixed assumes he replaces the part. I turned on my AC unit and I keep waiting for my AC to cool down the upstairs part of the house and unit did not cooled down the house issue was never fixed. We called them out for an estimate and we're able to come to an agreement on our AC installation. The owner was very helpful in suggesting and explaining to us the unit we needed at the most reasonable price after I had gotten multiple quotes from other companies. The installers were very polite and efficient. They also took time to clean up after they were done. Very pleased with their work!

Our AC went out during some of the hottest days this summer & we were dreading the outcome of a service call. Luckily, Armando arrived right at the time when he was scheduled, worked quickly & efficiently. He found the problem & had it fixed in less than 20 minutes!!

No one especially in Arizona wants to have issues with the AC. A recent transplant in July, I wanted to get ahead of our AC needs. Home depot was supposed to send someone to check on it but got the 'ol switch n bait' so I looked elsewhere. Spoke to several other companies with great disappointment. We have a home warranty. The people the warranty company sends out are usually less than competent and don't really care how good their repairs are. Mario from Efficient Air showed a genuine interest in getting my air conditioner fixed for good. After 3 straight summers of the unit breaking down and useless people from the warranty company putting on bandaids, this was very refreshing.
