We offer a variety of room and vacation rental options for different sized groups and families. We offer rooms with 1 king size bed, 2 queen beds, 2 queen beds in separate bedrooms, adjoining rooms, and a full size villa with 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds.
All units have 1 or 2 bathrooms and all have kitchenettes or a full kitchen as well as barbeques for your own creative dishes. We are also centrally located to everything in Lava Hot Springs Idaho. Our Le Cascade Condo and Villa units are right in the center of town just 2 blocks from the pools and the river.

The Tumbling Waters Inn offers the best location in town. Your situated right next to Lava's "World Famous Hot Pools" as well as the scenic Portneuf River and one of the many city parks. The rooms are very roomy with chairs and dining tables. Each room includes a microwave, refrigerator, fireplace, coffee maker, cable tv and wifi in every room.
Lava Hot Springs World Famous Hot Pools & Water Park: (800-423-8597) Natural Hot Springs pools open year round in a lava rock cliff and garden setting. The Olympic Swimming Complex features indoor and outdoor swimming pools with 4 water slides, 2 diving boards, 3 dive platforms, small climbing wall and basketball nets.

Where to begin? I have never rented a more disgusting and dangerous place in my life! There was ice right up to the stairs that you had to go down. There was no handrail and they were uneven. Every time I had to go to my car I was afraid I was going to fall down the stairs. Inside there are no doors on the bathrooms! Reviews from several years ago mention this...YEARS without having bathroom doors. The floor is rotted out between the dishwasher and the sink. It is completely rotted to the point there is a hole thinly covered by carpet . The carpet is stained and disgusting. There are cobwebs everywhere

I can not give this dump a rating. There is no place to click on no stars. If I knew who to call to shut them down I would. I have seen abandoned homes with cleaner carpets. Over the bunk bed there is a wire hanging down with a light bulb socket dangling from it. No bulb, just a socket. It does have a piece of masking tape stuck to it. Any small child could stick a finger in it and then you know what would happen.
It does have 2 bathrooms. No doors on either one. We booked it for 3 days. When we got there it was too late to get another place. We checked the beds for bugs and there were none found
