We made a reservation for pick up in Stowe at 5am to get to BTV for a 7:15 flight. I called to confirm pickup the night before and was assured the driver would be there. At 5:05 I called and got voicemail. I then texted the number and at 5:15 got a call from the driver who was in Montpelier,more than 20 miles away. Needless to say we were forced to take alternative transportation. Don't use this service!

AA Transportation was such a great experience. We were located 2 hours away from their location and they still committed to picking us up and dropping us off on time for a ~30 minute ride. We were in town for a wedding near Darmouth and they were a great driving company to work with! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Had a perfect airport pickup experience. I made all the arrangements via email and communication was smooth. The driver arrived just in time for my flight's arrival (which itself was a bit early). Safe and quick drive to my destination about an hour away. Reasonable prices, reliable service and good communication.

Reserved a AA cab for Middlebury to Burlington airport by phone the night before traveling. He asked me to text my information. He confirmed receipt. I confirmed with text the next morning 2 hours before leaving, and he cofirmed with return text again. At 10:30 am, the agreed pickup time, no cab. Did not answer his phone or return texts. I couldn't find another taxi service that could pick me up short notice. Fortunately, a resident of Middlebury saw my distress and took me ( Wow a good Samaritan beyond belief). The driver finally called me one hour after scheduled pick up time . This

Worst driver I have ever seen! I just watched driver #7 almost hit 4 people and a pedestrian weaving in and out of traffic with no blinkers and complete disregard for anyone's safety. I would NEVER ride in a cab like this or even let them on the road!!! WORST DRIVERS I HAVE EVER SEEN ANYWHERE INC THE CITY!!!!

Great service. When I got off the plane I assumed I would've had to wander the drop off/pickup zone to find my ride.
To my pleasant surprise my driver was at baggage claim looking for me. I was floored with happiness right there.
He's honest and a straight arrow. When I told him the hotel I was staying at he casually told me that they have a shuttle that does drop off and pick ups!
He's earned my respect and business when I have a late flight into Burlington.
