My mom flew to BTV to avoid hotel quarantine and due to the lack of direct flight from Haïti to MTL.
Her English is terrible but the driver was patient with her and even allowed her to use his cell phone to call back to Canada.
Email communication were very quickly answered.

Highly recommended! Great service and communication. My 83 year old father was nervous about getting home from Florida to Canada with the Covid border restrictions in place. We flew to BTV where I handed him off to Vermont Shuttle and less than 3 hours later he was safely home. The gentleman driver put my father at ease and even made him laugh. All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend to others.

For anyone anxious about getting across the border from Burlington to Montreal during COVID-19, I recommend this service. Communication was really great from confirming the shuttle, to just before meeting up with the driver who met me inside of the Burlington airport. Vermont Shuttle collaborated with another company to get me to Montreal and service was great! Thank you!

I am very thankful to my driver, Had trouble getting back to Canada, I was stranded in Burlington, my driver I had scheduled had car problems, I called Vermont Shuffle and he said he can be there in 15 minutes, He got me back to Montreal in 2 hours,
