They hit me with their car cause the driver was distracted on their cell phone and ignored the stop sign. Also I’m gonna take them to court for this cause it’s a hit and run. The driver never got down to see if I was ok

Folks, this company is run by a bully who hires people who cannot read, write, and work without creating problems for your properties. Rick Nicholas, the morbidly obese bully loser who owns it, will talk to the guard posted there to make things better, but you will not be happy.
You can see how gross sloppy, illiterate and how the owner cannot communicate with anyone. He hires people just like him, who are either 110 and dead, or fat, sloppy and smell terrible just like him. The owners underlings are just like him , so when you talk to Ron and Linda, you'll what I am talking about.

While waiting in my car for my teenage daughter to come out of a store in the Stephanie Street Power Center earlier today I had an interaction with a Rancho Security Services employee that was unnecessarily provocative. Prior to my encounter, I had slowly circled the lot waiting for her to exit the store. While doing this I noticed the security person staring at me as I drove by, which I felt was unusual since this action must be quite common and nothing about me, my 2 year old daughter in her car seat or my car should have drawn any attention. Feeling uncomfortable by this I decided to just stand

Rancho Security is the company that services Rancho Bel Air. I was hired to conduct an Estate Sale in this community, and the HOA had concerns of strangers coming in and out. We had to pay for an extra Security Officer to assist the community to protect the neighbors privacy. Rick, the owner of Rancho Security, was on premise to make sure there were no issues. He was very nice, very professional and very much hands on to make sure the community was safe, and that I was doing okay as well. His Security Officers are very professional and very nice. I would highly recommend them based on this

We are in the parking lot of the Peppermill and Walgreens our friend got a flat we stopped and yelped a 5 star mobile tire fix a flat . Chris pulls up and said we could not gather here with the others. I tried to explain that was he grouping us with others with the other groups of Hispanic ppl in the parking lot. He then rolled up his windows put his hat on and said nothing else and got on his walkie talkie. I tried talking to him like a person and he drove to the other side of parking lot and just starting staring at all of us In such a unprofessional way.

He pulled up next to us and said we had to leave we were had a ring with others which was not true our friend had a flat he said then we would have to leave him and then pointed to the other group of Hispanic females and males and said we couldn't gather I said we were not with them and our friend had gotten a flat and a mobile flat station was right around the corner and he was going to fix it he said I do not care you must leave

Since I started working their in the end of july. I worked at this booth at these Condos on Las Vegas Blvd. The booth its self is but so big you have to leave the booth to use the bathroom. On top of that they have a board that's full of papers that been their for years and not readable. Tomorrow I will be officially ot working for them because the manager Ron who got hurt by me telling him how he should do his job. Two a test was done on me by a HOA member to see if I knew something about a password test, in which I didn't have no knowledge of. Come to find out the lead supervisor said it was

His former clients will tell you stories of people getting stabbed at a women's shelter due to the actions of his employees. Others will tell you of property stolen, buildings burglarized, others might mention his 98 year old officers falling asleep and swallowing pills all night long. Others cannot read (much like Rickie) and argue with client personnel (much like Ricki) and others are too old to walk and use walkers to move back and forth on their posts.
