Terrible company and unprofessional do not work for them. they almost got me fired from my second job for making me late cause their inflexible with people's schedules. They also took my last check to replace their damaged phone that I didn't even damage or break and no communication between employees and employer

We've contacted with Archer for the last year to cover our on-site, unarmed security and their customer service has been great. The guards have been very interactive with our team. They have a strong professionalism and respond to our concerns fairly quickly. The only reason they don't have a 5-star rating from me is that they need some additional training to ensure our daily recap reports are done in a thorough and timely manner.

After working here for sometime I can say that I feel at home with this company. I look forward to working with these wonderful people for years to come! There are little things the company needs to work on, but no one is perfect. From the supervisors to the superiors everyone one is very friendly and approachable they make you feel at home and apart of the family within the company. This is an absolute brilliant job ever. If your looking for a job that can pay most your Bill's and plus add onto your schedule ( if open availability exist during that week) for an additional extra couple 100 dollars than this is the job for you ! If you work hard and you can manage some cold weather ( which is nothing ) than this job is for you ! I love working here because it makes me more outdoor and it builds me as a person. They are very nice and trains you well, our supervisors are meeting the standards and all our very ethical in what they do. Its 8.25 but if you manage your hours right

It was a great company to work with and they offered very reasonable hours with several locations all around Vegas to work at in case you live around the edge of town. The pay could've been better but when you have a family it didn't help much for the time being. They are always taking in new clients though so that's a plus. If and when everything catches up financially, I would definitely work with them again.

I have been working for Archer West for almost a year now, the owner is a really honest and fair guy. The pay to begin with is kind of low but once you have proven yourself a good worker they are always giving you extra work and a raise after 90 days. The company is growing like crazy right now so if your an honest, hard worker it is easy to move up in the company. However, as a security guard you have to be present, sober, and able to observe and report the whole shift you work. I have witnessed some crazy behavior and attitude from some of the new guards and those usually get fired or quit the
