I have been going to progressive pelvis for a little over 2 months. Ever since doctor Proctor, my urologist, recommended that I begin taking a medication, elmiron, and seek pelvic floor physical therapy for my newly diagnosed bladder disorder, interstitial cystitis. I was scared to begin a medicine with side effects and felt, like most patients, that I would prefer a more natural approach if at all possible. My urologist also recommended a very strict diet to begin to heal my bladder. I shared with Jackie all my fears, mainly the idea of having to be on a medication and a strict diet the rest of

Dr. Jackie is a miracle worker. I didn't even know I needed her in my life but am thankful she was recommended by a friend. I had a painful almost paralyzing back issue that was destroying my quality of life and in 6 visits, Dr. Jackie has brought relief and healing to my situation. I am now sleeping through the night like never before. Dr. Jackie also address other issues I had that my own Gynecologist never did just saying everything was do to my weight. She has shared and taught me strategies on how to prevent this from happening in the future so I can stay on the right track. Dr. Jackie is

When my doctor got to the point where it was clear that I needed pelvic floor physical therapy to address my chronic pain, I was completely weirded out. What a mess! Pelvic floor?! Physical therapy?! That's a thing?! I went to a nearby specialist but didn't see the progress I was hoping for. After taking a break before deciding to resume, I looked for someone who truly understood the male side of things and found Dr. Jackie Crowell. The difference in her approach has not only helped make sense of my pain and the cause(s) but has already resulted in progress in areas that I wasn't expecting to be

Dr. Jackie has been a lifesaver. After almost 20 years of surgeries, medications, and numerous doctor visits, I am finely feeling relief from pelvic pain with her help. Don't suffer in silence - there is help for you too. Vulvodynia and pelvic discomfort does not have to control your life. Dr. Jackie is very kind and gentle, and wants you to feel better and lead a healthy, pain-free life.

I didn’t really know what to expect from pelvic floor therapy, but was recommended it for some post birth issues. WOW what improvements I’ve already seen. I’m just a few sessions in and my issues have been drastically reduced/basically gone. We started with a game plan to get rid of all problems and I love seeing success so quickly. Also Dr. Crowell is just an all around awesome, empathetic and understanding person. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Jackie is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her work. I was referred to her by my urologist, and I came in with a myriad of issues that desperately needed attention. (Not mentioning the specifics of the issues here for privacy reasons.) Dr. Jackie has worked closely with me and tailored the therapy for my needs specifically. She is always very attentive, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and I can tell she takes great pride in her work. She is also very patient and listens closely to your needs as an individual. I have never felt uncomfortable with her at all, even at the beginning

I couldn't ask for a better pelvic floor physical therapist than Dr. Jackie. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable. She is very educational through the entire process and helpful in understanding the importance of pelvic physical therapy in all aspects of daily life, including exercise. As an avid CrossFitter, I've noticed significant benefits in my strength and mobility in the gym as well as plenty of other personal benefits after seeing Dr. Jackie. I noticed positive changes immediately after the first session with her and the positive outcomes lasted over a month before seeing

I am a physical therapist. I have been advocating for my patients for years, from explaining patient conditions with family members, discussing appropriate discharge plans with hospitalists, to helping social workers complete documentation to get patients what they need. One day recently, I found myself advocating for a patient who had a similar issue to me. I knew what I was experiencing was not normal. Common, but not normal. I was ignoring it. When I called Dr Jackie to get information about her practice to pass along to my patient, something about how she listened to me gave me the courage
