Mike and his team at Hall-Green has serviced my family for well over 5 years with home and auto insurance, but nothing could have prepared him and his team for what happened when we were buying a new home. I have been with Hall Green since the 90's and I have never had more friendly service than what these folks give. Every time I contact their office I am treated respectfully. When they say they will call me back or email me back....guess what......THEY DO! It probably blows your mind...I'm sure....that some companies and some people actually do what they say they will do...but this company does!! I stay with Hall Green because of the people (especially RuthAnn) and the service I get. I can't imagine going anywhere else!!

Hall-Green Agency has met my family insurance needs for many years. Our agent is Mark Yankovich and he is tops as relates to responsiveness, integrity and competency. He is always willing to meet with us to explain coverage, answer our questions and shop for the best rates for us. I am also very impressed with the agency staff who will provide me assistance with payments, records, verification of coverage, changes, etc. Laura VonStein is the BOMB! I am always looking for the best deal, especially for insurance and specifically for my car insurance, every 6 months (when my insurance renews) Mike or a Team member will reach out to me and let me know what my new Premium will be and why, BUT Hall Green Agency is also shopping around at other carriers for better deals. 3 times now Mike has contacted me to let me know "Hey Chris, I was able to get you the same exact coverage at a lower premium with XYZ company and I am looking for your permission to make the switch."
