Founded in 2002 by Rafael Pepaj, Arben (Benny) Pepaj, and Artur Pepaj, the Brothers Group Construction Company and their dedicated employees have worked diligently to maintain the solid values, the tradition of quality workmanship and personalized services established in Europe in 1993 prior to coming to America.

Made an appointment for an in-home estimate a couple weeks ago for this morning at 10:00 AM. Got a voicemail around 9:30 AM that said they would be 30-45 minutes late. I couldn't take the call, but no problem - message received.
I waited until 10:50 AM and called them back to get an ETA. The gentleman I spoke to (same one that left the message) seemed surprised and asked when I would be available. Scratching my head at this point. I was available at 10:00 AM at the appointment time. I was available at 10:30 - 10:45 - the time mentioned in his voicemail. At this point, he let's me know that if
