The coaching goal is to change parts of yourself to help you become the Hero of your story and live in Love therefore sharing the best of you with humanity!

Help people transition from lack of self-love to unconditional self-love in all areas of your life. Elizabeth was born in Brazil and lives in Camano Island, WA. She is an author, a public speaker, mentor, healer. Being born in Brazil gave Elizabeth the ability to be open and accepting of her Mediumship and gave her the ability to empathize and understand others in a much deeper way.
The design of the program is to help you know your goals, know yourself. Once that happens, design a path and goals that work for you based on your true self's core values. As a coach, I will be here to help walk your path of choice, supporting you, guiding you, and holding accountable. We begin with a questionnaire, followed by a plan and ending with a set of goals for each level of yourself, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
