I'm not from here and this is the first time I've been to Woodard Automotive. If you are from this area or from out of town I would recommend this Auto repair shop. I met Lori and dealt with her. I found her to be very understanding. Trust me, I was in a bad spot. I was worried the repairs would be more than the value of my vehicle. I no longer have that problem and now have new front rotors and front brake pads. I recently moved to Fredericksburg Va and this shop is AMAZING !! Lori and Andy are the best ! Super friendly & professional ! Very TRUSTWORTHY shop. I have used places in pass who tried to scam me. This shop is as honest and nice as they come. Andy even personally has talked to my dad on phone to explain diagnosis/repair etc. ! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone !!!

I think our family may have found a mechanic we can trust. Believe it or not, we were referred to them from another mechanic and it was a total blessing. Having 3 young adults driving used cars can be costly, plus, being a ‘single mom’ I feel like I get taken advantage of sometimes. Not here!! Woodard explains every detail to you and does not try to upsell you on things just because. Knowing that I can trust my kids cars to them, means a lot to me. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I called Woodard Automotive, just speaking with Andy I knew that I could trust his word and he knew what he was doing. If you're looking for work to be done on your vehicle, I'd highly suggest these guys!
His wife even shuttled me down to get a car rental which was a huge help! They both know a lot and are looking out for their customers. With a 10% discount for military and great prices, it's hard to beat them.

Usually don't post yelp reviews, but this is a company that deserves one. Hands down best auto shop customer service. This is the second time I've gone to them and both times were a good experience. They were able to fit me in with my tight schedule and made sure they had it done quick both times. Their prices are best around. I will be returning if my cars need any other care. Been here twice already for inspection and second time for wheel alignment and oil change. This place is like a diamond in a ruff. Staff is honest, polite and professional and the front desk lady think her name is Lorie is super nice. If you come on a slow day service is quick and you are out the door in no time. I will continue to come back for any other services needed on my car.

I took my car to Woodard's a couple weeks ago to get it inspected, and I called around noon to see if they could do it if I brought my car in at 4, which is the earliest I could get my car there (they typically stop doing inspections at 4). They said it shouldn't be a problem, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I've never had a problem taking my car to Woodard's, and they are always very nice. I would recommend it to anyone!

Woodard takes the best care of my car! They are friendly, their prices were the same when I took my old beater car in as they are in my new pretty car. I don't feel that because i'm a female they take advantage of me or "find problems" that don't exist. They do exactly what I ask them to do every single time with a smile. They are exceptional. Highly Recommended. 5 years later, I have no desire to take my car anywhere else.
