Burkhead-Green-Kilgo Funeral Home has been serving the Charlotte area community for many years. We're thankful to be an important part of this community and will continue our longstanding legacy of helping families honor their loved ones. The Burkhead Funeral Home was established in Olivet in 1909, by Maurice D. Burkhead.

My experience with Burkhead-Green-Kilgo was exceptional, they helped me with my Mom's funeral. They handled everything from for us, beginning to end. Scott was very helpful, even down to the tiny details, like matching her nail polish with her dress. Our Mom looked beautiful ❤️. Scott Kilgo treated our family with kindness and respect as we worked through the loss of our son. He helped us navigate through the details of transporting our loved one from another state, back to Michigan. Scott also helped us work out the details and arrangements that were necessary for the viewing and the memorial service. The office staff created beautiful prayer cards and thank you notes. All of this reduced our stress at a very difficult time in our lives. We are grateful to have been treated so well by the people of Burkhead-Green-Kilgo Funeral Home.
