The lady we worked with at first was ver nice!!! But now a little later since the death it appears all they care about is their payment!!! I did not want to use them to start with but another family member chose to!! Very uncaring about situations, all they care bout is the money!!! I would definitely not reccomed

Went to see their Urn selections and could not get professional service. Man sitting in a office off to the left eating out of a fruit basket. Did not get up to help us. My husband had to open the door to ask for help. The man's response was I thought you were being waited on and said someone would come out the help, she wasn't no better. My husband had to ask for a catalog they acted like they weren't interested in our business we left. I would not tell anyone to go there. Their commercial didn't add up to the service we received.

I have never been treated so bad and I am still alive..I always notice that place and thought it would be a oerfect place to go...wrong. I went there to make pre arrangements for me might seem morbid but I don't want my babies to have to deal with anything I got there and the person I was suppose to see couldn't make it ..I saw Chris its funny u go to take care of business u shake hands to break the ice good to go..not this time the moment I mention I had a repaid policy everything changed I wanted estimates to see what I had to do, how much xtra I would need I could tell in the air he couldn't

Outstanding support and care in our time of need. Our Mom passed away abruptly and Baxter Funeral Services worked with us to take care of all her needs for her funeral and burial. They organised everything including her interment at Fort Custer National Cemetery and handled all notifications to appropriate government agencies. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use their services again in the future. They really know how to make this process work well, with dignity and respect for their customers.

Losing my Dad was so hard, but Baxters made it so easy. We had funeral arrangements made in advance which allowed us to not have to think about a lot of decisions my Dad would of wanted. Scott is truly a blessing and doing exactly what God has called him to do. They had enough room for my large family and friends. I can't thank them enough for all that they did. The Johnson family will always use Baxters funeral and cremation service.
