I called to make a reservation yesterday, knowing that this may be a busy time. Not only did they not show up, but they do not answer the phones when called. Had to beg our host to drive us to the airport so we didn’t miss our plane..

Almost $50 for a 7 min cab ride. We were dropped a per person charge that we were unaware. Of course we probably should have asked, and the cab driver was sort of kind about it but I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Driver said they were on their way and never showed. No reason for this at all. I could have called someone else if they were not interested instead decided to ruin my plans.

We used p-town taxi because there we were in Truro in the off season. We scheduled a ride into p-town and caught a ride at the taxi stand on the way home. Our driver was very nice and we told jokes back and forth on both rides. Would recommend to a friend.

First, the drivers don't know how to use debit/credit card charging equipment properly, they swiped my card three times so it got blocked by my bank. Second, the drivers are unreliable, coming 25 mins late was acceptable for them, knowing that I use their taxi to get to work.

If you use this service, be sure to ask if they take care or cash. They drove my friends and I 20 minutes away then told us as soon as we got to the destination they told us that they don’t take cash. Yet we used the same service earlier in the day and we used a card. They’ll fight you on it unprofessionally
