Although Holmberg Wellness Group just opened its doors in the summer of 2010, we have been providing chiropractic care to the Wichita area for nearly a decade. We are on a mission to educate and motivate people in our community to natural healing and wellness promoting ideas. Dr. Holmberg has a "patient first" mentality.

Dr. Jake Gawith grew up in Minneapolis, Kansas where he attended Minneapolis High school. After he graduated, he then went on to Kansas State University. There he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology, and met his future wife Julie whom he married in 2006. Dr. Jake went on to Cleveland Chiropractic College and graduated in 2011.
One of our doctors will perform an extensive consultation during your first visit in our office so we can learn about your health history and any physical, chemical or stress related problems you may be experiencing. This helps us determine whether or not exploring the benefits of chiropractic and wellness options would benefit your health and well being.
At Holmberg Wellness Group, we use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. After identifying which vertebrae have lost their normal motion or position, a specific manual thrust is applied to free up "stuck" spinal joints.

The whole place is so warm and friendly. I would leave feeling better even if no one touched me!
I had terrible back pain but a distrust of chiropractors. However, my daughter encouraged me to go because she had such a positive experience.
Within about three visits, my pain had diminished so much it no longer interfered with my life. Dr. Jake has magic hands and he is always upbeat and encouraging.

Man..... what I wouldn't give to be able to go back to Holmberg Wellness. I lived in Wichita for a year at my first job, and went to see Greg fairly regularly over that year. Now starting my 7th year in a different state, I have yet to find a chiropractor in my network that takes care of me as well as Greg did.

I highly recommend Holmberg Wellness Group. My husband and I both go there, and we have received excellent care from all three doctors. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to Dr. Holmberg, my lower back pain is almost gone and Dr. Jake has done an amazing job helping my husband’s hip pain. In addition, Mandy and the staff are caring and friendly. I am on Medicare and the office handles it without any hassles. Holmberg Wellness Group is without a doubt, one of the best chiropractor offices in the area.

Dr. Jake and the team at Holmberg Wellness have drastically improved my quality of life through chiropractic care. Plantar fasciitis, sciatic nerve pain, and chronic back pain used to be daily occurrences. Now they’re managed and I look forward to my regular visits to keep the pain at bay. I have gone to Dr. Holmberg on and off for years now. Every time I start going back I regret ever stepping away!!! No matter where my pain was or what symptoms I was having, he always makes my back and neck feel so much better after I leave. The team at Holmberg has always been phenomenal whenever I talk to them and I really appreciate the amount of importance they put on customer service. I will never go to another chiropractor!!!

I got into a car accident last year and I was told to set up an appointment at Holmberg Wellness by a couple of coworkers and I'm glad I did. Dr. Jake has been amazing with answering all my questions during the process of getting better. The staff is so wonderful, they greet you as you enter so it makes you feel welcomed. I recommend them to my friends and family because just after 6 weeks, I feel great!
