Noland Law Firm
At Noland Law Firm LLC, we believe every client is special and every case is different. Our firm is small, so we are able to give every client and every case the individual attention they deserve. We also know that every case requires lawyers with expansive, relevant experience. Our attorneys, including two former prosecutors, have over 45 years of combined courtroom experience.

During this time, they have tried over 200 civil and criminal jury trials, and over 40 cases in the appellate courts. Our attorneys have been recognized as Influential Appellate Advocates in 2015 by Missouri Lawyers Weekly, and were recipients of the Lon O. Hocker Trial Advocacy Award in 2016.

Today, people are living longer which often raises questions about long term care. For those who are unable to care for themselves, it may be necessary to enter a skilled nursing facility. Although many nursing homes provide residents with quality care, incidents of abuse and neglect are far too common.
No one expects to be injured in an accident, but thousands of people are injured in Missouri each year. When this happens you need a personal injury lawyer in Liberty with the experience you need who will give you the attention you deserve. Many lives are suddenly changed as victims are often left with long-lasting pain and suffering, significant medical expenses, and emotional harm.
Property and building conditions are the responsibility of the property owner. If a person is injured due to poor or unsafe conditions on a property, he/she may have the right to claim damages from the property owner. Some states distinguish between various types of "entrants" (persons entering a property): trespassers, licensees, and invitees.

Just spoke with Doug Noland to inquire about retaining the firm for my accident that happened 4 years ago (lived out of state and have returned recently). After hearing the details of the case he has decided to not accept for "a number of reasons" however could not site even one reason. I asked for at least one of the reasons again so I would know if it was because it was too old or another reason. His response is he did not have to tell me and I was dismissed out of hand. As a business owner myself I was under the assumption that common courtesy to a consumer would be something worth considering

Kate and her staff are some of the most talented and highly skilled lawyers. Kate's bull dog attitude is what blew me away. She fought for my rights and never let up even when things seemed impossible. Her kind demeanor made me feel like family, I'll forever be grateful to her and the staff! I highly recommend Noland Lawfirm
