My family used to bring our cars here about 20 years ago before moving away from the area, but always had good experiences. Since moving back, I took my 2018 Ford F-150 to have the 10-speed automatic transmission and rear differential serviced. I had heard from a lot of people that the 10-speed is a very difficult transmission to access for servicing and that I could expect a much higher-than-usual bill, but Certified Auto Repair only charged me their usual transmission service fee of $150. They were quick and the price was lower than I expected, and the quality of their work has always been excellent

Highly recommend! Squeezed me in immediately just for a safety check as brakes were loud. Vehicle was not fit to drive- mechanic actually stayed past lunch to get me on the road safely regardless of their busy schedule. Very professional, explained everything, even pulled old parts to show me.

Ken and the Certified Auto Repair team are amazing! They are so honest and open about the options on how to take care of your vehicle. They will even recommend cheaper alternatives than other shops. One time they even made an adjustment to my car’s squeaky belt right in the parking lot free of charge! Where else can you find that? I trust my vehicles there, when they say they treat each car like their own, it’s not hyperbole, they actually do it, instead of charging you for as much as they can. Take your vehicles to Certified Auto Repair so you don’t have to worry, they will do right by you
