Reverend Cornelius O'Farrell, pastor of Holy Family parish from 1919 to 1923 began building a school on the south side of the church located at the southeast corner of west 44th Avenue and Utica Street in north Denver. The basement auditorium of this fast-growing school was partitioned in 1922 to create a ninth-grade classroom.

I could not have asked for a better experience for my children at Holy Family! My daughter was ready for college and the college counselors worked very closely with her to help her achieve her goals. Not only are the College Preparatory academics and athletic program outstanding but my daughter was able to include her Catholic faith in everything she did daily. Holy Family truly educates the whole person!
